2 Day Adult Mental Health First Aid. An adult 1-day MHFA. Half-Day Adult MHFA. On line refresher course. All these courses come with accreditation and will allow an individual to become an MHFA first aider

I've lectured on Loss and Bereavement and have more than 10 years of working within Mental Health.

Allowing life to be more rewarding
Feeling depressed or anxious, being indecisive, having fears of failure, dealing with identity issues or those that are recovering from loss are common reasons as to why clients contact me.
My interest is to work with the client as a whole, enhancing awareness and supporting clients to empower themselves and develop new ways of being. Taking those first steps to find the right counsellor can be difficult and daunting! I feel passionate about the understanding and benefits counselling brings to my clients.
